3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For regular returns/exchanges (Size issues, change of mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Alternatively, if we arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCTS
